Terms of Service
Last updated June 28, 2026
These terms govern your use of Keygram — the website, the waitlist, and the Keygram iPhone keyboard app (together, the "Service"). By joining the waitlist or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Using the Service
Keygram grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own use, in line with these terms and the Apple App Store terms. You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service, and not to use it to break any law.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves your place and lets us email you about the launch and build updates. It is free, creates no obligation to buy anything, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Launch dates and features described before release are plans, not promises, and may change.
Your content and vocabulary
The words you type and the private vocabulary Keygram builds are yours. As described in our Privacy Policy, that data stays on your device (and, if you opt in, in your encrypted backup). We claim no ownership of it.
Availability
We work to keep the Service reliable, but we provide it "as is" and may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of it. Some features depend on your device, your iOS version, and Apple services outside our control.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keygram is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
